I believe in working with individuals and couples to help them reach their objectives and purpose for seeking counselling. I do so while exhibiting respect, empathy, genuineness and understanding. I create a safe and non-judgmental place or outlet for you to feel heard. I am very passionate about what I do and thank you for trusting me and taking the first step towards your mental health wellness.
I can act as a sounding board, a devil's advocate, a person of support or a colleague in your own life's work. I use a variety of approaches in counselling and determine which is most beneficial to the client after meeting with them and discussing their therapeutic goals.
I offer supervision to students, as well as RP(Q)s - please reach out to discuss your supervision needs. For supervisees, I ensure to meet your supervision needs and requirements.

My passion is helping you live a more fulfilling life by achieving the goals that brought you to therapy. Together, we can explore where change might be beneficial and how to align your values with your day-to-day life. You already bring unique strengths to therapy, and we’ll work together to build on those, developing new skills to navigate life’s challenges. I believe in celebrating the small victories along the way to wellness.
As a Registered Psychotherapist with four years of experience, I’m dedicated to helping you thrive in a safe, non-judgmental space filled with empathy and respect. During my time at Queen’s University, I was honored to be nominated as a Mental Health Champion by students through the Campus Wellness Project (Emily Hartley | Campus Wellness Project).
I use an eclectic approach to meet your unique needs, including in-person Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for issues like trauma.
I’m currently accepting adult clients across Ontario for online appointments, as well as in-person sessions in Kingston. Reach out for a free 20-minute consultation to take the next step in your journey.
Feeling stuck? Are you having difficulty with relationships, parenting, or other life challenges? Do you have a child who could use one on one support? If these describe you, I can help! Through a variety of therapeutic tools and exercises that we can explore together I can support you in overcoming those challenges. In your first session I will take the time hear your concerns and work with you in identifying a goal that will move you in the direction you want to go in your life.
I am registered social service worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) with over 14 years experience in the helping profession. I use a person centred, trauma informed approach with experience providing CBT, DBT, solution focused brief, narrative, and motivational interviewing modalities.
Finding the right counsellor for you can be a daunting task, but if you feel I may be a good fit for you I encourage you to reach out. I currently provide select evening and weekend appointment times, so if you need to see someone outside the typical 9-5 I could be a good option for you. Most private insurance providers reimburse counselling services.
My name is Stephanie Bolduc, but you can call me Steph. I am passionate about mental health and supporting children, youth, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. With over 10 years of experience working in schools as an educator, I bring a deep understanding of the unique needs of young people and the importance of fostering strong, supportive relationships. I plan to combine my knowledge of childhood development, psychology and counselling psychology with my psychotherapy work. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients work through ADHD, anxiety, depression, build resilience and self-esteem, develop coping skills, and move toward positive change. My practice is grounded in compassion and collaboration, with a focus on creating a safe, validating, and supportive space for clients throughout their journey of healing and growth.

My name is Rohini Connor (Ro for short!)
I have a passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. My therapeutic interests include couples therapy, perinatal mental health, parenting, relationships, and major life transitions. With training in Level One Gottman Method and a therapeutic approach that is emotion-focused, attachment-based, and psychodynamic in nature, I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered.
Drawing from seven years of experience working with children and families, my long-term goal is to integrate my expertise in early childhood development with my work in psychotherapy to provide holistic, relational support for parents and couples. I believe that fostering emotional security within relationships—whether between partners or between parents and children—lays the foundation for deeper connection and personal growth. My approach is warm, compassionate, and sprinkled with humour, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for meaningful change.
In my own time, I enjoy a quiet and cozy lifestyle. I’m happiest in my pajamas with a cup of tea, spending time with my pets (big black cat, small brown dog). When I do venture out, I love discovering new restaurants and thrift shopping!
I work with adults who are struggling with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions and experiences of trauma.
As a student therapist, I am passionate about helping my clients move towards greater meaning and connection with their values and life goals. I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals to become aware of any obstacles and maladaptive patterns that are keeping them stuck at this moment.
I incorporate both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) into our sessions which offer intentional and helpful skills for overcoming barriers such as unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, which can interfere with daily living and relationships. I also utilize a Psychodynamic framework to help clients gain awareness of potential unconscious patterns which may be at the root of depression or anxiety and inhibiting wellbeing.
Regardless of the specific approach that I may use, I believe that each client is the expert in their life and I work with your expertise to provide a comprehensive, client-centered, supportive and evidence-based approach to our psychotherapy sessions.
As a student therapist, I have developed a passion for supporting couples and individual adults. As a mental health provider, I balance being professional and personable; I offer empathy and encouragement, compassion and clarity.
My training includes Gottman Method Couple Therapy (Level 1, Affairs & Trauma), Adlerian and Existential psychotherapy for self-discovery, anxiety, depression, stress, and making meaning out of life, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for adjusting unhelpful patterns of thought and action affecting your life.
Without taking up your space, I try to make myself truly and humanly present in the therapy session, drawing on my life experiences as a teacher, coach, non-profit worker, son, sibling, spouse, parent, and student of philosophy, religion, and spirituality, as well as the art of counselling psychology. I seek to discover who you are, what you value, and how you can align your life with those values.
Do you feel trapped by your past? Scared about your future? Stressed about right now? I can support you as you explore patterns in your relationships and communication, plan major decisions, or sort through a mess of commitments pulling you in different directions.
Originally from Sweden and calling Canada home since 2004, my journey from a science lab technician to healthcare as PSW has always been guided by a desire to help people feel better.
Today, I am able to do that through Taktil Massage, a technique I fell in love with and became diploma-certified back in Sweden.
What is Taktil Massage?
It’s an incredibly gentle and soothing form of massage that promotes a very deep relaxation. The massage technique always follows a specific pattern with slow continuous movements, light pressure and hold. You will be tucked in under warm blankets, giving a feeling of comfort and safety, in a very caring and respectful environment.
Taktil Massage is a very effective way to lower levels of stress hormones such as Cortisol and in turn, support our bodies to restore balance.
This original method, TaktiPro, was developed in Sweden and there, widely used in many settings within healthcare, rehabilitation as well as in holistic care.
Life is full of challenges—whether it’s illness, stress, injury, or emotional struggles—and I find it amazing how our bodies still always naturally strive for balance.
At times though, some support is needed to achieve that harmony and Taktil Massage can do just that.
At the heart of my work lies a simple truth: every soul holds the power to heal, grow, and transform when given the right guidance and safe space. My approach weaves together the wisdom of spirituality with the structure of psychology, creating a holistic path that empowers people to step into their highest potential.
With a background in Microbiology, Bioanalytical Sciences, Psychology, and Management, I bring a grounded, research-based perspective to the healing space. Over the years, I’ve trained in modalities such as Tarot, Reiki, Numerology, Crystal Healing, Angel Guidance, Chakra Balancing, and Vastu—integrating these spiritual tools with evidence-based approaches like CBT, NLP, Inner Child Healing, and Shadow Work.
Through this integration, I help clients uncover subconscious patterns, release limiting beliefs, and cultivate a deeper sense of clarity, purpose, and self-compassion. My sessions offer more than insight—they create space for emotional release, spiritual growth, and meaningful change.
In addition to individual coaching, I also work with couples, guiding them to build stronger, more conscious relationships rooted in empathy, trust, and understanding. I also design workshops and courses for those who wish to explore Tarot, Reiki, Numerology, and other holistic practices in accessible, practical ways.
Ultimately, my mission is to guide individuals back to themselves—to heal their inner child, embrace their shadow, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. When science and spirituality unite, transformation becomes not just possible, but natural.
